Agreement to Our Terms of Service

SMS Program Description and Use Cases

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number or reply to any of our messages with “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

VO360 provides its services on an ‘as is’ basis and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. VO360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to business outcomes.

Termination

VO360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the platform for violations of these terms, misuse of the service, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
