Service Description
VO360 provides SaaS automation, AI chatbots, and GMB management services to enhance business operations and customer engagement. Our services are designed to streamline processes and improve online presence.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the proper use of their accounts, compliance with all local laws, and ensuring the accuracy of the data they provide. Misuse of the platform or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Automated Communications
By using VO360, users consent to receive automated SMS/WhatsApp and Email communications related to their account and service updates. Users can manage their communication preferences at any time through their account settings.
Intellectual Property
VO360 retains ownership of the platform, its branding, and all associated intellectual property. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.
Limitation of Liability
VO360 provides its services on an ‘as is’ basis and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. VO360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to business outcomes.
Termination
VO360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the platform for violations of these terms, misuse of the service, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
Governing Law
The Terms of Service agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
