Accessibility
Statement.
How we make this site usable for everyone, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification, or reduced motion.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That includes WCAG 2.0 level AA, the basis of Israeli Standard 5568.
What we have done
- A "skip to content" link at the top of every page, for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Animations calm down or stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning.
- An automated accessibility scan (axe-core) of our main pages on October 7, 2026 found no WCAG 2.1 A or AA violations. Automated scans catch only some kinds of problems, so we welcome reports of anything they miss.
Parts that come from other services
Some parts of the site come from other providers, such as the chat window and the booking calendar. We do not control their code. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we will help you directly.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email hello@vo360.net. Tell us which page and what happened. We read every message and will work with you on a fix.
