Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of vo360.net and any related pages, forms, booking tools, and content we publish (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean VO360 — the business operating under that name, together with its owners and the contractors who work on its behalf. "You" means the person or business using the Site.

What the Site is — and what it isn't

The Site describes our services, shows examples of our work, and lets you request a consultation or audit. It is marketing and informational material.

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice. Pricing shown is indicative and may change. A working relationship only begins when we and a client agree on a separate written proposal, service agreement, or order form. If anything in that signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Booking a call or submitting a form

When you book an audit or submit a form, you agree to give accurate information and to be contacted about your request.

• You may be contacted by email, phone, SMS, or messaging apps using the details you provide.
• Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link, or emailing us.
• Requesting a consultation does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either side to proceed.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Copy, scrape, mirror, or resell the Site or its content without our written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact details.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, security, or availability, including by uploading malicious code.
• Use the Site or our content to train a machine-learning model without our written permission.

We may suspend or block access to the Site if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Our intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, videos, code, frameworks, and methodology are owned by VO360 or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The VO360 name and logo are our marks and may not be used without our written permission.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. Every other use needs our written permission.

Client work, AI-generated media, and third-party marks

Work samples on the Site are shown to illustrate what we build. Client names, logos, and brands remain the property of their owners and appear with permission or as fair reference. Ownership of work produced for a client is set out in that client's agreement, not here.

Some images, presenters, voices, and videos on the Site are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and do not depict real people or real events. They are illustrative creative assets, not documentary footage or testimonials from the individuals shown.

Testimonials and results shown reflect the experience of specific businesses at a specific time. They are not a promise, guarantee, or projection of the results you will get. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, and how quickly you respond to leads.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services — for example scheduling, chat, analytics, video, and social platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Site — including services described and prices shown — at any time and without notice.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Please consult a qualified advisor before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VO360 and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or connected to your use of the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VO360 from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, please email us — most issues are faster to solve directly. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection available to you under the law of the place where you live.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
